The Strategic Leadership Institute (SLI) is an association of some of South Africa's top leadership development, executive coaching, corporate training and cross-cultural engagement professionals. Our facilitators and coaches are all experts in their field combining solid academic knowledge (all with at least a Master’s degree) with years of experience and a passion for what they do.
Some of the prominent professional associations of which individual associates are members include PSASA (Professional Speakers Association of South Africa), COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and the GSF (Global Speakers Federation). The SLI is also an accredited provider of StrengthsFinderTM assessments and coaching (individual and team level), as well as DISC360TM assessments and coaching.
